Goh Cher Shua, Chairman

Cher Shua has spent many years as top management for a China consumer brand company. He has held directorship of MNC and Singapore public listed companies. He was Chief Restructuring Officer for a major China home appliance company with annual sales revenue of RMB 2 billion and was recently the director of Y Ventures Limit, a SGX-Listed Ecommerce firm.  Cher Shua graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS), holds a MBA  from Manchester Business School.

Dan Cheng, General Manager 

Dan was previously based in China for 6 years as General Manager (Sales & Marketing) of a major China brand with annual sales revenue of about RMB 2 billion. He had managed ecommerce (mainly TMall and JD.com) with annual sales in excess of RMB 400 million. Earlier in his career, Dan was a Chartered Accountant working as CFO of various listed companies. Dan holds a Bachelor in Business (Accountancy) and a MBA from Manchester University.

Liao Zhi Jia, China Ecommerce Head

Zhi Jia is an expert in China ecommerce in major platforms namely Taobao, TMall. JD.com, Little Red Book, Douying, Wechat miniprogram, Live-streaming and social media advertising. Since 2014 he has a track record of managing various brands in ecommerce operations with monthly GMV of RMB500K. In 2020 he has served more than 50 clients which include listed healthcare companies and a state-owned TV Station. Zhi Jia is based in Guangzhou city, and currently manages a team of 12 ecommerce staff.

Yong Po King, Director

Po King has 20+ years in financial management and business. He graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy.

Al has 15 years in financial management of SGX listed Co. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University (B. Acc).
